Roland Garros comes to Oxshott!

The tennis section held its inaugural Roland Garros themed Social tennis tournament on Tuesday evening.

Temperatures had hit an all time record earlier in the day (26 May) and it was a perfect evening for tennis and much needed refreshments - including bubbles, baguette and cheese.

The setting was perfect with all 7 courts in use and decorated in Roland Garros style with Suzanne Lenglen and Philippe-Chatrier courts.

Congratulations to Des and Phil who had made the effort to dress up for the occasion.

The winning team was Borg with Peter, Mohammed, Anna and a couple of ringers including Jake!
